What we collect, why we have it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. No cookie banner, because we set no cookies of our own.
Who we are
SR Media is a video ad service run by SR Productions. When you fill in a form here or book a call, SR Productions is the data controller: we decide what is collected and why, and we are the people you hold responsible for it.

What we collect
Only what you hand us, plus what a web server unavoidably sees.
- When you apply for a free ad. Your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your brand: the website, the product, what you have run before. The form is hosted by Tally and the answers land in our Tally account.
- When you book a call. Your name, email address, time zone and anything you add in the notes. The calendar is Cal.com.
- When you email us. Your address and whatever is in the message.
- Server logs. Our host records IP addresses, browser strings and timestamps for every request, as every web server does. We do not read these routinely; they exist so the site can be kept up and abuse can be blocked.
We set no cookies of our own. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no A/B testing tool. Two pages embed third-party tools that may set their own cookies or local storage: the application form on /free-ad is hosted by Tally, and the booking calendar on /call is hosted by Cal.com. Their policies govern what they set. If that ever changes on our side, this page changes first.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR asks us to name a lawful basis for each use. Ours are:
- To answer you and do the work. Taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract if one follows. GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- To keep the site up and secure. Our legitimate interest in a working, un-abused website. Article 6(1)(f).
- To follow up about the work you asked about. Also legitimate interest. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Who else sees it
Three companies process data on our behalf, each doing one job. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google, so nothing is requested from a third party just by opening a page. We have no arrangement with anyone else.
| Who | What they do | What they see |
|---|---|---|
| Tally | Hosts the free-ad form | Everything you type into it |
| Cal.com | Runs the booking calendar | Name, email, time zone, notes |
| Cloudflare | Hosts and serves this site | IP address, request logs |
Where your data goes
We are in India. Our processors are largely in the EU and the United States. So if you are in the EU or the UK, your data leaves your jurisdiction: it reaches us in India, and it sits with whichever processor above is doing the job.
India has not been granted an adequacy decision by the European Commission. Where a transfer needs a safeguard, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which our processors offer as part of their terms. If you would like to know exactly where a particular piece of your data sits, ask and we will tell you.
How long we keep it
- Applications that become work. For as long as we work together, and for six years afterwards, because tax and contract records have to survive that long.
- Applications that go nowhere. Twelve months, then deleted. If you would rather it went sooner, say so and it goes.
- Calls that did not lead anywhere. Twelve months.
- Server logs. Kept by our host on their own schedule, which is measured in days, not years.
Your rights
If the GDPR covers you, you have all of these, and using them costs you nothing:
- Access. Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Rectification. Have anything wrong corrected.
- Erasure. Have it deleted.
- Restriction. Have us hold it but stop using it.
- Portability. Get it in a form you can take elsewhere.
- Objection. Tell us to stop processing it on legitimate-interest grounds, including any follow-up.
- Withdraw consent, wherever consent is what we relied on.
Email sajal@srmedia.studio and say what you want. We will reply within 30 days, usually far sooner, and we will not ask you to justify the request.
If we handle it badly you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the EU that is the supervisory authority where you live or work; in the UK it is the ICO. We would rather you told us first, but it is your call.
Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not aimed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If a child has sent us something, email us and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or who processes it changes, this page is updated before the change goes live, and the date at the top moves with it. There is no archive of previous versions; if you need one, ask.
